Diesel tech hiring for heavy duty shops

Your next diesel tech is already working. Just not for you.

We build you a hiring machine that reaches working techs near your shop. It runs in your own ad account, and you own every piece of it.

  • Built in 14 days
  • Your own ad account
  • One shop per hiring market

The problem

An empty bay costs you every day.

Every day it sits empty, the work goes out the door or the truck sits in the yard.

The techs you want aren't on Indeed. They're under a truck in someone else's shop.

Recruiters charge 15 to 20% of first year pay to find you one. When that tech leaves, you pay again.

Run your bay math

Your numbers, not ours. Nothing you type leaves this page.

$0Fill in your numbers to see the labor you didn't bill. Before parts.

How it works

We build it. We run it with you. Then it's yours.

Ninety days from kickoff to a machine your team runs.

  1. 1Days 1 to 14

    We build it.

Your campaign, application page, interview calendar, reminders and scorecard, set up in your own accounts. Plus a 2-hour phone shoot at your shop. We send the shot list.

  2. 2Days 15 to 90

    We run it with you.

    • We tune the ads every week and send new creative.
    • You take the interviews and make the hires.
    • A weekly scorecard and a 30-minute call on what changed and why.
  3. 3After day 90

    You keep running it.

Your team has learned it alongside us. Keep us on for fresh creative and a monthly review, pause it when every bay's full, or have us run all of it.

What we build

Everything it takes to get a working tech into your interview chair.

Your ad campaign

In your own Meta ad account, aimed at working techs near your shop.

A short application page

Built for a tech on a phone at lunch. Quick to finish.

An interview calendar

Techs who apply book straight into your open times.

Text and email reminders

So the techs who book actually show up.

A shoot at your shop

Two hours on a phone. Your techs on camera beat any stock ad.

Your scorecard

Spend, applicants, interviews booked, interviews held, hires.

Ownership

You own every piece of it.

A recruiter rents you a tech. We build you the machine, and it stays in your shop.

  • Facebook Page and creativeYours
  • Application page and calendarYours
  • Reminder texts and emailsYours
  • Ad spendYour card, straight to Meta

Who it fits

Built for shops that hire every year.

A good fit

  • Heavy duty shop, truck dealer or fleet with its own shop.
  • You hired 6 or more techs in the last 12 months.
  • One named person at your shop answers booked interviews within one business day.
  • At least one empty bay right now.
  • US only.

Not a fit

  • You want to hand off hiring and never look at it.
  • No one on your team will take interviews within a business day.

One shop per hiring market.

Two shops in the same area would bid for the same techs. So once a shop near you signs, your market's closed.

FAQ

Straight answers.

We already use a recruiter. Why switch?

A recruiter charges 15 to 20% of first year pay for each tech. When that tech leaves, you pay again. You're renting. With us, the machine is built in your accounts and stays yours after day 90.

We tried Facebook. It didn't work.

Most shops boost a job post. That's not the same thing. We build a campaign aimed at techs who already have a job near you, send them to a short application, book them into your calendar, and remind them so they show up.

Do you touch our ad money?

No. Your ad spend goes straight from your card to Meta, in your own ad account. We never touch it.

What do you need from us?

A Meta ad account and Facebook Page (we'll help you set them up if you don't have them), one named person who answers booked interviews within one business day, and a 2-hour phone shoot at your shop in the first 14 days.

What happens after day 90?

You pick. Keep us on for fresh creative and a monthly review, pause it when every bay's full, or have us run all of it. Either way, everything we built stays yours.

What does it cost?

We go over price on the call, once we both know it's a fit. If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you.

Book a 30-minute call.

We look at your bay math and your market. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you on the call.
